- 06*This damage deposit is separate from your non‑refundable booking deposit. Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. The minimum deposit is £150, and the exact amount depends on the number of fragile or breakable items included in your order. Larger props carry a separate damage deposit. The damage deposit is refunded within 5 working days after your event, giving us time to check all items and ensure everything has been returned in good condition.
- 07If you would like to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so in writing (email: Ioniecreations@gmail.com) before 14 days leading up to the event. The deposit paid to secure your booking remains non-returnable. The full amount of the balance is applicable if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your booking date.
- 08Yes. All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which cover payment schedules, cancellations, changes to bookings, hire agreements for single items, and other important details. These are designed to ensure clarity and a smooth planning process for every event. A copy of the full Terms and Conditions will be provided with quote.

- 10We create beautifully tailored event stationery, including welcome signs, seating plans, place cards, and menus. Every piece is designed to complement your chosen theme and styling, adding a polished and personalised touch to your celebration. This service is available when booked alongside other hire items.
- 11Absolutely. In addition to full event styling packages, we offer individual hire on our larger props, including flower walls, arches, backdrops, and LED letters. This is a perfect way to add a statement piece to your event without booking a full package. Availability and hire requirements may apply.
- 12All props and décor items are available for hire only, with prices based on daily rates. We take great care to ensure every item is clean, well‑maintained, and in full working order before it leaves our storage. Once hired, the items become the full responsibility of the hirer, who will be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the hire period.
